Sellers and Sons Construction

We recently contracted with Nick of Sellers and Sons Construction for a turn-key build of our dream home in Millsboro. It all started with a photo we selected in a house plan magazine. From that point Nick set me up with an architect and lead me step-by-step through the decision-making process, paying close attention to every individual detail. In a few weeks we had hammered out the plans and details of the build. This part of the process could not have been easier. Prior to selecting Sellers and Sons, we had interviewed a few other builders. Our focus was finding a trustworthy builder that we had confidence could provide a well built and energy efficient custom home at a fair price. From the very beginning of the build to when the last appliance was installed, it was clear that we had made the right choice. Nick was hands-on in every aspect of the build, and his attention to detail, and overall craftmanship were phenomenal! Nick communicated with us very often and kept us well updated on the progress of the build. We were welcome to visit and witness the ongoing construction at any time. During each visit we were delighted with the progress and found the jobsite to be maintained in a secure, clean, and orderly condition. Now after being in our new home for two weeks we are still amazed how nice and well-built the house is. Everything is perfect, straight, and the overall result is nothing less than outstanding! If you are looking for quality construction, a trustworthy builder, and high craftsmanship standards that are hard to find today in other builderâ s work, I can highly recommend that Nick Sellers of Sellers and Sons Construction will more than meet your needs.
