They were very professional and to be honest - have not had much time to clean. Anyway, I am rewriting my review because I will also contact them..but not all baseboards were cleaned, back of the sink in the bathroom wasnt to my standard, did not wipe toothpaste on the back of the wall, windows inside were not done, and none of the kitchen appliances were cleaned... Blender, etc. Opening the refrigerator and it still needs to be cleaned. I came into without checking reviews. My bad. But I went in to schedule the same service and it is much much cheaper. Good job but not to my standard. I will contact them tomorrow. Hippie, sad chick.

Their task was to clean my house thoroughly before I put it on the market to sell it. It was somewhat dirty. The job was bigger than they had allowed time for and they had another apt after me so some of my tasks were not completed. (They did refund some money because not all of the windows were cleaned.) Some parts were done nicely (ie my stove and the bathrooms, just to pick two things, look great!). Overall, however, I had two problems: first, there were other items that did not get done and second, sometimes they were not thorough and I had to come behind them and finish the job. For instance, I had to point out to them that, in the kitchen, the ceiling fan was really dirty, woodwork over the doors needing wiping (there were dust bunnies hanging over the edge), the tile floor was still not clean and there was visible debris on the floor in the corners. They did go back and fix these things but I still had to sponge mop the floor after they were gone to get it clean. The windows in living room and dining room were left smeared, door frames and woodwork were not cleaned where they was dirty, etc. etc. They were on time, personable, flexible, tidy and did work industriously while they were here, I just got the impression that they were not very experienced cleaners.

The ladies were very nice, and I was so appreciative that they got me in the same day I called after having my previous person cancel at the last minute. However, the quality of their work was well below my expectations. Several of my counters and surfaces were only dusted not in fact cleaned. So even though they re free of dust they are still not clean. I had to ask them to vacuum and dust our master bedroom when they implied they were done. There was a specific mess I pointed out in the nursery and asked them to clean, which I later found out they didn t. I specifically asked them to move the couches in our living room to get underneath, but there s still quite a bit of dust prevalent. I had to pick up little white balls in one of the rooms after they vacuumed. Our bed frame was hardly dusted at all. And one of our bathroom floors wasn t cleaned. Overall our house is much better than it was, but I feel like there s still a lot that needs to be done, which is frustrating after paying what I did for the job. I felt like the ladies were more interested in getting the job done to get home than in giving my house the proper cleaning I was promised. If you use them be prepared to inspect everything and have to ask multiple times for something to be done. I wouldn t recommend them and won t be hiring them again.

I hired Rosalind to clean for me, 3 of them came to clean, I asked them to do the bedroom and the bathroom, I am 86 years old and I am crippled, I was charged $300 and they did a terrible job, the bathroom was partially clean, they put some of my things up high where I can not reach them, I explained to them that I could not reach very high and they did not listen to me, they just did not care, I am so disappointed in the cleaning that they say that they did,

They did a thorough job. Everything sparkles! I'm so glad I hired them.

They were wonderfully helpful getting rid of unnecessary papers and books that accumulated over the years, working very hard to get it all done. They did s an amazing job.

Staff is prompt, courteous and professional. Their time is spent engaged in performing contracted tasks efficiently and expertly. I was asked to do an inspection, upon completion of work, to affirm that everything was done to my expectations. Also, I felt very comfortable with them in my home. They are not intrusive in manner and present an easy, harmonious relationship with each other as well as with the client. I have always been pleased with Home Advisor's referrals.

Excellent crew of three pros who worked hard, paying close attention to all the details of cleaning my house as we are moving out for a new owner. At the end of the job, the house looked great and smelled wonderful. They also regularly checked with me to ensure that the job was done right rather than waiting until the end. Price was excellent and a super Value for a job well done!
