It was okay. The guy came out and said the doors were pretty old so the rollers weren't going to help a lot but he said he will do them and he did them. So he did do what he was supposed to do and he was here on time but I don't really have any feedback because he really didn't do much. The interaction was fine and he was polite.

They also replaced the lock so we paid more than we anticipated. One person came out to do the work and it was very quick. He was very friendly and he arrived to our home in his own car and he also did not have the name of his company on his shirt. He had all the equipment he needed on hand and he was efficient. Scheduling was fine and there were not any problems.

The young man who provided the service was professional and called before arriving. He was only able to provide 2 keys because that is all that comes with the service and he did not have the equipment to create any more ( so I had to go elsewhere to get my additional keys). I gave the quality a fair rating, because my keys still stick in cold weather and they are new. He did not change anything but the cylinders in 4 locks,it took approximately 45 minutes, the original cost was $391, but I bought the deal from Angie's list so it cost $291 - my discounted rate is an average of $388 an hour - most of the fee was for labor and the young man does not get most of that. Locksmiths do have a needed skill, but so do teachers and they don't even get $100 an hour. I gave a C because the young man was polite.

They were right on time. I have two doors, but only bought one tune up. He and I discussed which door to tune. We agreed on the door and he went right to work. Door is quieter and works more smoothly after the servicing. Would use them again.

Shay arrived within the prescheduled appt. time. Did good job explaining options for lock replacements. Performed job well, was courteous and professional.

I hired Keyed In LLC to rekey the locks in my house. I called beforehand and got a quote. I was told the price would be $45 for the trip plus $25 per cylinder. The company had an A rating on Angie's List with several reviews, so I was confident about the service. Also, I had called other local locksmiths for comparison of price. When the locksmith came, the estimate immediately increased as he turned by double cylinder locks into single cylinder and re-keyed every door in the house. The overall cost was over $1,000 when I was expecting it to be in the $150 area. What I hadn't anticipated was having every lock changed, but in addition, I didn't know what the labor costs were going to be. Overall, we were satisfied with the work performed, but just a bit surprised by the total cost.

I was very pleased with the service provided by KeyedIn, LLC. We had placed a call to another locksmith that we had used in the past, who was not at all professional. He didn't show up when he was supposed to and never called. Remembering that I had a subscription with Angies List, gave me the opportunity to put their service to use. I called KEYEDIN, LLC in the early afternoon, and we had someone here within 2 hours of the call. Can't beat that! We had our doorknob changed to a commercial lock. Great service! and good price. Very pleased!

The tech arrived one half hour after he called and said he'd be here in about 30 minutes. When I showed him the lock we purchased he knew exactly what was needed to do the work. After installing the lock, he asked me to plug in my code. I walked outside a few times to lock and unlock the door successfully. He also showed me how to replace the batteries. He completed the work in less than one hour's time.

Prompt, polite, knowledgeable. Took about 30-45 mins. No mess left behind.

On the positive side, the technician was actually early for our appointment, and did a fantastic job replacing the rollers. He even worked on a couple spots where the track was bent, so that the door wouldn't make so much noise going up and down. My garage door opener is ancient, and the tech recommended replacing it, which sounded good to me. Unfortunately, I had not done my research ahead of time, and wasn't aware of the cost of new garage door openers. I went ahead and paid him the price he quoted me, but then found out that price was DOUBLE the usual price in other stores. I spoke to the manager, and told him I needed to check out a few other places. Fortunately, the manager was cooperative, and credited back the amount I had paid. Overall, I am pleased with the work done. I just won't be calling them again, because they are much too expensive.

Later found out I was significantly overcharged and ended up having trouble getting two of the doors he rekeyed to actually work. Called to inform him of the issue and provided a video of the key turning while in the key hole but for what ever reason was not opening the door. He was very irate that I even questioned the amount I was charged but sent someone to fix it. I didn't do any research at the time or get other estimates - added to the list of lessons learned. In addition I asked to have one key that would open all 5 locks. I was told by the Keyed Inc representative that was not possible and would have to pay to have each individual lock keyed. This was also something I was informed later did not have to happen but is a method practiced by some companies to add additional costs to the bill.

They were very good but they're a little bit expensive, they were not cheap. They were very, very nice and they tried to talk us into something and I said no that's not what I want. They came in when they said they would be and they did the locks.

Representative arrived on schedule. Presented nice brochures and discussed the garage door replacements. I did not receive a response that he was really interested in doing garage door replacement sales. His pricing was $1300 above his competitors. Did not go back for a reality estimate because I did not get a warm and fuzzy that the company was really interested. I think this is a case of a company trying to be many things to their customers and not focusing on their core values. Will not recommend to any one for garage doors.

They were very good. I like everything. Before they came here, they called and told me they were on their way. After they left, I had a slight problem because the lock doesn't close properly. I called them back and they sent another guy to fix it. I like services like that because I would like to get what I paid for. I paid $19.99 for the service call and about $220 for the work he did. He was very professional. If he has questions, he will ask me. The second guy was nice and very courteous. They also told me that they do garage door service.
