Called me before arrived. Looked up and gave great recommendation. Finished job in a timely manner.

Shay Knaani arrived on time, explained everything well and completed the installation without issue.

Great. It was a difficult job and they were very patient with it.

After rescheduling once, the crew arrived on time. One more experienced person was also instructing a newer technician. We stood by and watched and listened to most of the job. It was instructive for us, too, and will lead us to take better care of our garage doors in the future.

Do not! Do not! Do not! Use this company. I purchased the $20 dollar big deal for a locksmith service call. After I brought it I noticed that in the small print it said that labor and parts were extra. I thought, OK ,I should have read it closer and I went on and accepted the charge for what turned out to be a estimate. That was a mistake! After they came over they tried to charge me $190 to change a door handle. When I asked them to leave the owner then called and offered to only rip me off for $125. I told him to keep my $20 dollars becasue it was worth it to make sure he didn't rip off anyone else. Bottom line. They use the service call to try to get people to pay outrageous prices becasue they are already there. Do not get suckered in to this company's scam.

Clinton did everything he could to fix the lock, he was persistent! Took about 1 1/2 hours!

I didn't know garage doors could be so quiet! After this work I scared another contractor by opening my garage door while they were outside with their backs turned. I didn't mean to, the door was just that quiet. I also have the quietest garage door openers on the market, what a combo. :) Keyed In did a great job, we are very pleased with the results.

It went well, they showed up right on time and worked dilligently until it was completed. There was one snag in connecting it to the electrical of the house because the endpoint in the garage wasn't up to code. However, they improvised by hooking it up to a rope light that was plugged in the garage. They stated that any electrician could correct the code issue and reconnect the garage door's electric to the endpoint in the attic.
