The service was great, the tuned up door is smoother and quieter. The added repair on the other door was done at the same time. The cost were reasonable and they had all the parts they needed. Everything taken care of in one trip.

The technician arrived on time (actually slightly early) and after I explained to him what the problem was he inspected the lock and removed the cylinder and went back to his truck to rekey the lock. Lock has worked perfectly ever since.

Derek Payton was the technician who came to do the tune up for the garage door of my shed. He called before he came and arrived promptly. I had paid for the big deal of $129 to do a tune up and roller replacement. The motor had been installed in 1997 and also needed to be replaced. He gave me a choice of 3 models to pick from. He didn't have any of the model that I wanted so he told me that it would have to be ordered. A few hours after he left his boss called to tell me that Derek would be back in the afternoon with an upgraded model with no additional cost to me. Derek did a terrific job and even changed a few light bulbs. Keyed In gave me a 15 percent discount before taxes for being an Angie's List member. I paid an additional $521.05 for them to replace the motor. I was very pleased with the service they provided and would definitely use them again.

We coupon was for the service call. When we asked how much it would cost to fix our problem, he would not give an estimate or even a per hour rate. So we decided not use his service or to have him come out.

Initially it was a maintenance item, but we found it needed more work. so I asked to have it done.

Locksmith called to let me know he was on his way and arrived promptly. Only hitch was he didn't have a kwikset.

I also had them replace the motor on one of the garage doors. They were out within a few days of purchasing the deal. Everything went well with the service. They were courteous, professional and clean.

The serviceman explained that sometimes additional washers need to be removed as they cause the mechanism in some situations to fault. He complimented the owner for properly installing the door latch assembly. He checked and adjusted some screws then showed the home owner what to do if the latch stuck in the future. The serviceman was a pleasure to work with.

Arrived right on time and finished in less time than I expected. Good experience!

When I called back to schedule the service they recommended, I had multiple call back to schedule. Then we had snow and they had to cancel. Given the multiple scheduling issues i chose not to use them to fix my garage door. The tune up they provided seemed to be good, but i wasn't home to watch what they did.

My garage door hasn't worked right since I moved here in 2010. Arrived when they said they would. They were friendly and professional.

On time, did excellent work quickly.

It went good and they were very competent. They came and did it in a short period of time and then they were gone. He came when he said that he would. He did the job and everything is working well. I would use them again.

On the compliment side... They have a great contact system and a wide responding range. They let me know each step of the way when they were coming, and they actually were here 15 min early. I'd use them again, especially if I needed a locksmith in a hurry.
