We've had a number of breakins in our neighborhood recently. Our basement door did not have a deadbolt and was a concern. I called for an appointment to have one installed and didn't specify that it was a rush job. But they scheduled me for the same day. He was prompt, courteous and very professional. Basement door was metal and beyond my capability to cut the holes - not to mention lining up the holes so the lock doesn't stick. He went right to it and did an excellent job. The deadbolt operates smoothly. I would certainly use them again for any locksmith needs I might have. The cost included a high quality deadbolt.

I called on Friday and the technician came out the next day. He explained the different types of protection/locks available, and answered all my questions before getting to work. Once working, he was thorough and methodical, making sure that all the locks worked smoothly. He adjusted catching mechanism on one of the locks, and put in a plate where there was a hole on one of the doors. Afterward, he showed me how all the locks worked, and put wd40 in all of them to clean them out. I was VERY pleased with the service, and would definitely use them again.

The technician showed up on time. He was polite and knowledgeable. He did a great job. I felt like the price was a little steep, but I didn't shop around so I don't know if they were competitive. I also used the company for garage door install. They did a great job with that too. I would highly recommend this organization for any key and door services.

They did nice work. I was unaware that I had to purchase deals through Angie's List so they charged me more than I was expecting.

Since the garage door tune-up special was placed through Angie's List, the initial appointment was scheduled via email based on my preferences. Roy and another worker arrived promptly and performed the service in the freezing cold. They were polite and professional. In addition to servicing the doors, a wireless keypad was installed which proved to be defective within a week. Both Roy and the owner were extremely responsiveness and scheduled a time to return service (around my schedule) at which time the keypad was replaced at no charge.

I was told they would not take responsibility for equipment that belonged to someone else. When I informed them that I owned the system and that I had locks that may need to be replaced the gentleman informed me that it did not matter who owned the CCTV system, I would need to purchase their package and they were not interested in replacing my household locks. I Find This Disgusting And A Sham!!! Is this site for real or did I just waste my money???

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It wasn't a good service. I wasn't happy with it. I knew that I would probably have to put more money into the door. They never called me to advise me of when their serviceman would be coming. I had put down certain dates on my lists. They did contact me by email and I asked them not to do it until after the 16th of March because of the weather. Somebody showed up at my door last week. They actually called at 7:45 in the morning when I was still sleeping because I had no expectation of anybody coming here. It completely confused me because I thought it was another person that I had scheduled for other work. He came to the door and he was a very nice serviceman. The garage was a mess and I wanted to clean it up before they came. He looked at the door and squirted some of the joints with lubricant. He told me the motor was going to cost a certain amount of money. I asked for a quote for a new door and I asked him about a key hole to be replaced since they are key people. I got the quotes that I asked for. The thing that upset me the most was that nobody called to tell me they were coming so I was not prepared mentally and my garage was not prepared for him to take a really good look. They turned around and charged me for him taking the top off the plastic where the motor was. At that point, I didn't even care. I felt that I threw $99 away in the trash. This was just a scam and I will never go through Angie's List again because they highly recommended them. I don't want this company back. They did not do a good job. The service rep was only doing what his boss told him to do. All they did was squirt a bit of lubricant and I paid $100 so I am very, very unhappy. He quoted $2,000 for a new garage door and $500 for a new motor, which I thought was totally outrageous. I was so upset because I was not expecting them.

Called owner because my commercial grade lock that was upsold to me by the technician. They sent another technician out on Saturday, and that technician told us that there may have been an issue with the installation or it was a defective lock. He reinstalled the lock and Sunday morning I went to leave my house and the door knob and the lock fell off. Today I contacted the owner and he became irate and began yelling at me. The owner was really nasty with me, and told me I needed to buy a new lock, and that only labor was covered under warranty for 90 days, not the lock itself.

On time, I was late. I was expecting to replace screws, but had to replace the locks. Oh well, his job was much better than my crappy D/Y job.
