Dear Member, We are baffled about this review. We have tried calling you to get an understanding of this review and to try to get to the bottom of any issues you may have with our company. You told us you would give us a call back to explain and other times you said that you were busy, but we haven't returned our calls thus far. It's important to us that we speak with any customer who has had a bad experience so that we can correct any problems immediately. We take our customers’ satisfaction very seriously. We spoke with the technician regarding this issue. You purchased an Angie's List Deal for a locksmith service at your property ($75 for $100 worth of locksmith services). The technician fixed your problem by installing a commercial grade bolt, at which time he preceded to give another discount on top of the Angie’s List deal so that you would not have any out of pocket costs due to your circumstance. The technician believed that both you the landlord and your tenant were both pleased at that time. We have never received any complaints from you or the tenant in the six months since we’ve come out there. We did not and do not do bait and switch tactics. We are very straight forward with our pricing and with our products. If we are missing something, please call us so that we can address any issues immediately. Adjusted kickback, wrote extensive information about the proper working of the garage door and offered a cash back for replacement of door opener with more modern one that has an electric eye.

Description of Work: Diagnosed our garage door with a malfunctioning sensor and an eroded weatherstrip (which exposed the sensor wiring). The technician was polite, punctual and efficient. The installation was straightforward and the garage works perfectly now. I thought the price was a little bit on the expensive side, but their responsiveness, quality work and professionalism certainly make up for it. I definitely would use them again and recommend their services.
