We picked up Rocco's ashes on July 3, 2013. The staff had made a clay imprint of his paw print for us to cherish forever along with our memories. They also had several credits to our account for services that were unable to save his life. The entire staff also signed and sent a beautiful sympathy card to us. This is not the first time these wonderful professionals have shown their caring and emotions for our animals. As much as it hurts to have our beloved pets pass, it is a comfort to know that such wonderful people are there to help us care for them.

So far, so good. The fencing was installed. Our dog had some anxiety after the system was turned up from training to regular level. The trainer at the next lesson was very helpful with ideas for making the dog comfortable and confident in the yard.

My dog became ill in the early stages of her kenneling. The kennel treated her without professional vetrinarian care and notified us 24 hours prior to pick up. The resulte was emergency vetrinarian care, ending in heart ache.

During the initial drop-off, everything seemed to be in order. They embrace technology advances less than other places, for example no forms to fill out prior to coming, nothing to schedule online, etc. They also didn't ask about an emergency contact until I did, and got a "oh yea" response. Other places seem to take that more seriously. Our puppy did require medication, in addition to his meal requirements. All directions were clearly written and provided on each container of food, including our own scoop for measuring. I called to checkin during the weekend and was told everything was fine and he was doing well.
On pickup, they brought out the puppy and all his food containers and toys. I had provided just enough food for the weekend plus on extra meal for an emergency. However, there was a day and a half of food left in the container, which they were unable to explain. Our puppy was also not willing to eat any meals after we returned home, and had developed a stomach ulcer. The medication he was taking required to be taken with food. But it seemed like they did not provide him enough food as requested in the directions. That may have caused the ulcer.
It took management a week to reply to my inquiry about the amount of food left, and they continued to state they gave him food as directed. Which was literally impossible.
We did not pay for the services provided because we didn't feel they matched what was stated. They did not object.

POSH POOCHI couldn't get in there a couple of times. They book up fast. If I can't get her in there, I will take her to a place that is more expensive. You can go in and make an appointment, but it was a holiday coming up, I waited until the last minute, and I couldn't get in. The dog is cleaned and groomed well. There are 2-3 girls that work there two at a time. It usually takes 1 1/2 to 2 hours. The dog always looks good. I took her there as a puppy, and she's used to it. She is always happy. It's great. Their prices are good. They are knowledgeable. Jon and Bob own dogs themselves, so they know everything about the pets. There are tons of toys to pick from. They have an Easter egg hunt and they hide things so the dog can find them around the store. Every holiday they have something.- Maida O.

Pet AestheticsSusan is the owner and she knows how to groom. The dog looks like a show dog. I always leave them a tip. The grooming is very good. I can get an appointment right away. I just bring my dog in the back and there are 2-3 girls there working on other dogs. They have four stands there to work on the dogs. The place could use a little air freshener, but it might just be where they are located or the water. The area is all open.- Maida O.
