Intake person was rude, ignored verbal instructions and lost written instructions. A few days into our vacation we got an email requesting more food because they ran out. They and quot;fedand quot; them twice a day instead of once a day per instructions but both dogs lost several pounds. Our smaller dog couldn't afford to lose the weight. She was listless and wouldn't play for a few days after we got her home. She also had a scabbed sore on her back. Our bigger dog developed a cough (they had their shots) and was sick when we brought him home. The place is huge and extremely loud...very stressful for dogs who aren't used to noise. Never again.

They are very convenient to use and reasonably priced. They are professional. They are always on time, friendly, they are always able to take requests. I've never had an issue with them.

They provided them the personal care that they needed. My dogs are a little bit of a diva, and you have to sit with them to eat. They were ok doing that. They did whatever was necessary. I like how they have web cams so you can watch your dogs while you are away. Every now and then we would tune in and they were doing a great job.

I have been dealing with them since they established. It is clean, friendly and excellent. I will continue to go to them in the future if needed.
