The only COMPLAINT is that he came and gave an ESTIMATE of $500 for replacing (2) bathroom faucets, (1) toilet fill value, (1) kitchen faucet. Came back 4 months later to perform WORK and said it would be $800. He only repaired the (2) bathroom faucets which he charged me $522. I think I was OVERCHARGED!!!!!!!!!!!!! Plus he didn't replace the valves or chrome nipples on the (2) bathroom faucets which should have been included in the price. He said he would come back and do them, but would CHARGE me another $500. Wasn't I OVERCHARGED?????????????????? After a month there was a leak which another plumber said the pipe he installed was broken. No wonder he left my house in such a hurry. He really took advantage of me. If you use him please get everything in writing and get a second option from another company.

Fast and effective

The removal and installation of my faucet and sink was done in such a timely and professional manner. Both my husband and I were impressed by the way the installer explained the "process" step by step. He wanted us to know exactly what he was doing and why. So when he finished there was no surprise or disappointment. The next day the family came over for a get together and everyone loved the sink and the vanity! Personally, I was elated with the ease in which I could adjust the faucet. Just use one finger to change from hot to cold! How modern! Overall, great job!

Managed to identify the source of the problem and suggest the right fix. Also he charged only $60 because the job was minor. I am giving 3 stars for customer service because it took a while to get hold of him and get him to come home to see the problem.

Did a great job for a complicated project.

I have mixed feelings about the service I received. Due to a family emergency, they did not show up for our first appointment, but did not contact me for several hours. They did come later in the day. I had several faucets replaced which went well. One toilet needed special parts, but it took over an hour to determine this. The other toilet was adjusted properly and now works perfectly. They did not suceed in diagnosing a leak, although they did narrow down the possibilities (the builder of our house came up with the final solution). In all, for basic jobs I have no issue.

Service was fast and professional, I would defiantly use this company again.

John installed a garbage disposal, dishwasher and a new sink/vanity. He did a very good job. He also helped me out with picking up the dishwasher from the store. I appreciate his help.
