This is not your typical dealership garage. Aldo's is a two man shop with very low overhead. His mechanic does most of the work but the owner checks everything and advises the mechanic on how he wants the work done. The shop is clutter with parts and tools and there always seems to be several projects in progress. The owner is constantly interrupted with phone calls and other customers dropping bye. The owner orders all the parts and hand writes all the invoices. I have witnessed him making several call on behalf of a customer to get the best price on an expensive part.
I have been back to Aldo's several times over the years and enjoy the experience every time. If you are not in a big hurry to get your vehicle back I highly recommend the shop. If you like to sit in a perfectly clean waiting room drinking a coffee and watching TV while your vehicle is being worked on, it's probably not the shop for you.
