We had half our house without power the Friday before Christmas. Imagine the anxiety of trying to find an electrician over Christmas. Steve was out of town, but still tried to help over the phone and even offered to come by on SUNDAY, when he got back into the area. He came by and was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He had our issue figured out in about ten minutes, fixed it, and recommended A change to prevent a similar occurrence. Absolutely and unequivocally recommended.

I hired Steve last year for $10,000 worth work at my new home. Three major disappointments are 1) they made a mistake in preparing 110V/220V for my new oven so that for half a year we tried to troubleshoot it with the oven supplier and found the incorrect wiring in the end. 2) they installed 20 recess lights in all over the house an I found recently they misplaced all the fiberglass insulations in the attic during installation and had not put them back. This is a complete lack of professionalism. They wouldn’t do that for their house! 3) they installed a new electric circuit breaker and panel and miswired something so that we have short circuits in multiple breakers when connecting outside lighting, which they had said it works but we needed a new light bulb. Incorrect, the circuit is screwed up and they did not test it correctly.

Steve was very punctual and communicated the appt times promptly. Did good job with rescheduling also.

He reported to my house as quickly as he could and conducted the work effectively at a reasonable fee. I will certainly rehire him for future work and kindly recommend that others do the same.
