Really well. Their sales agent, AJ, was friendly, responded to all of my calls and emails promptly. Weather stalled the project a few days but the project manager kept work update communications regularly. Roof installers were polite, responsive and did a thorough cleanup. Job looks great.

The roof repair went surprisingly well. Everything was well planned and executed in a timely and professional manner. Timely response to all calls, we were keep informed of any changes or concerns. I would definitely refer my friends and co-workers and us again myself.

Everything the restoration manager promised would be done, was done. The roofing team had to remove old shingles and clean them from our property. Damaged wood and chimney flashing were replaced. They installed ridge vents, papered and installed new shingles. Pricing was reasonable and the roofers were polite and efficient.

Full roof replacement- CT Home Remodelers did a wonderful job!!! It was a very smooth, stress free, and genuine experience. I had 3 layers of shingles on top of mostly rotted plywood. My biggest concerns were cleanup/nails, damage to surrounding landscaping, brand new driveway, newly paved patio, etc..CT Home Remodelers dealt with each of my concerns and completed the job in perfect fashion! I had zero damage and could not have been happier!!! I was amazed with the nail cleanup, 3 layers of shingles means 3 layers of nails to remove, in addition to the new install. I can't imagine how many thousands of nails were removed/installed, but I can tell you I combed the yard VERY carefully and only managed to find 8 nails hiding in particular areas, AMAZING!!! The process was pleasant, the job was done right and in a timely manner. I highly recommend CT Home Remodelers for all of your roofing needs!

They came to give me an estimate right away and reviewed how insurance might cover the cost of the roof due to storm/wind damage. They helped me through the insurance process and my insurance company agreed to cover the cost of a whole new roof. Once the insurance process was done, the roof went up in only 2-3 days. CT Home Remodelers made the entire process so easy for me. I'm now the proud owner of a brand new roof and extremely satisfied with the quality of workmanship! I would recommend this company to everyone!
