About us

Duct Diagnostics was formed in 1998. We have grown to have twelve full time employees and an owner who is active in the company's day to day operations. We specialize in commercial and residential air duct cleaning and air duct sealing and have successfully completed jobs with price ranges from a $400 home to a $120,000 school. Duct Diagnostics holds certifications as an Air System Cleaning Specialist and a Ventilation System Mold Remediator from the National Air Duct Cleaners Association and as a Certified Microbial Remediatior from the American IAQ Council. Additionally, we are members in good standing with the Better Business Bureau and every employee is OSHA 10 trained and certified. What distinguishes Duct Diagnostics from its competitors are its employees. Our employees have career mentalities. Some of our benefits include a pay scale that allows them to purchase homes and raise their families in our expensive state of Connecticut, a retirement plan, and a comprehensive medical insurance plan. Description of Work: Complete whole house duct cleaning and sanitizing. Removed and thoroughly cleaned all room vents. Cleaned dryer vent also. Did a great job in cleaning up afterwards, it was they were not even there!

Description of Work: We contracted Duct Diagnostics based on what we read from Angie's List. Mike came, looked and inspected our duct system and explained what will be done, and gave us an estimate. A few days before the appointed date, we received a reminder via e-mail from Duct Diagnostics with the pictures and identification of the men who are coming to do the work- Joe and Nick. They arrived promptly, explained what they will do and did the job- thoroughly. They are courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I felt "safe" with them, and knowing something about them ahead of time helped tremendously. They conducted themselves in a professional manner while doing the job, and even cleaned up afterwards. We highly recommend Duct Diagnostics and it's staff! We felt that the price for the job was extremely fair, considering the quality of their work and the time spent doing it. Thank you for a job very well done!

The two men (Mike and Kevin) worked 5 -6 hours. They were very neat and cleaned and vacuumed everywhere. I was very pleased with the job they did. I was amazed at the amount of dirt and dust they removed from the ducts.
Description of Work: The air supply and return ducts and the furnace and air -conditioning unit on my forced air heating/cooling system were cleaned.
