Keith was very polite in our first communication to set up the inspection appointment. When I had to call and ask a question he called right back, very accessible and reachable. He was very punctual and prompt the day of inspection. He was very thorough and knowledgeable on what to look for during the inspection. He made me feel comfortable to proceed with my home purchase. Keith was great especially because the buyer hired someone else at first who walked off of the inspection. I called keith and he came within the hour. He did an awesome job and was pleasant about it. I would say he is more than a home inspector!

Keith was highly professional, responded promptly to any questions and communications, he stayed right on top of getting paper work to me, did an extremely thorough inspection. I felt like he really made sure to not only explain what he found but also show what he found and what he was looking for. I would definitely highly recommend for home inspection! Pricing was very fair for service he provided!

Unfortunately, Mr. Crumb did the bare minimum. Several areas of concern needed to be pointed out to him and I had to request that he even turn on the central air conditioning to make sure it worked. Also, the report did not come when promised.

"This is a completely erroneous review. Based upon my 8/9 year history with HomeAdvisor, I have never received such a poor review and do not agree or accept the ratings posted here. I provided a thorough inspection that identified all the problems and/or potential problems. I would be more than happy to address this home inspection with any potential client.
