East Hartford Collision was the second estimate I obtained. Louise let me sit with her while she priced the estimate and justified all her decisions thoroughly. She has previous experience in the insurance industry and it shows. In the end, her estimate was within $50 of the insurance adjuster's. She is professional, her staff was very courteous and friendly, the waiting room is clean, and there is free candy available and a cute little dog. Her husband dropped me off and picked me up from downtown Hartford on the day I left the car there for the adjuster. Louise also took care of transferring my car rental from one location to an East Hartford location. I was given a ride to the rental agency to pick up the rental when I dropped my car off. The job was finished one day less than estimated. Two minor problems when I picked up the car (dust in the trunk and trim that was not re-attached properly) were taken care of while I waited. I would use East Hartford Collision again (although I hope not to need to) and would recommend them to anyone seeking quality auto body services.

Description of Work
Left rear panel, driver's door, and other damage due to collision. Dent was repaired, rubber stripping replaced, wheel cover replaced, fender and trim rehung, and paint job to door and panel. Four wheel alignment done "just in case." Car was detailed thoroughly afterwards.
