They have trainers there that can help put you on a regiment to accomplish what you want to accomplish as far as if you are looking for strength training, trying to build endurance and if you have back problems. My husband has used a trainer but I have not. They are 10 minutes from our house. It is a big gym and they have several treadmills, steppers and lots of nautilus equipment. They are open 24 hours which is good. They have bathrooms, showers and lockers that we can put stuff in. We didn't shop around; my husband saw the place and said that was where he wanted to go. The price is fair. The quality seems to be fine and we like it. It is comfortable. They have TVs and music playing every time we are there. They have classes including zumba and spinning. They have a big workout area in the back with mats and weight machines. They have trainers telling us what we are doing right and wrong and telling us how many more we need to do. The trainers are friendly. They went through the contract with us and showed us how to use the equipment. It was all done very well. I have been traveling and haven’t had time to go and I miss it. They don’t have a pool.
