It was a really great experience working with Nick and the team at Greenpoint. Nick took care of everything and was always responsive to my questions and concerns. He guided me through step by step and made a complex to me process simple and easy.

I had several areas on our roof where strong winds this past summer had ripped off the shingles and some of the roofing paper. Despite the roof being installed a few years back by a different roofing company, Nick Davies of GreenPoint Roofing came out and inspected the damaged areas and the rest of the roof. He found that only the missing shingle areas were affected and no other damage to the roof existed. A GreenPoint roof repair person came out and repaired the damaged areas and re-inspected the entire roof confirming that there was no further damage to the roof of any kind. Both Nick and the repair person were very courteous, professional and informational about the condition of the roof. We are very satisfied with the entire repair service experience. Bob K.

They kept the area clean and mag swept for nails. These Mullarkey class 4 shingles are so nice compared the ones I had, our home of 30 years its actually quieter. Greenpoint provided the best customer service and took care of all the special needs of our hundred year old house. They removed all the old roof decking, protected the attic from debris, upgraded the ventilation, protected our fragile landscaping completely, and cleaned up all the debris meticulously when they were done. Greenpoint just replaced the roof and gutters on our historic home in Old Town Longmont due to hail damage. I don't usually post reviews but the work, service and communication was way beyond our expectations. The customer service rep, Emilio Garza, managed every step of the processâ roof inspection, a return visit to be here when the insurance adjuster walked the roof, coordinating the claim process with AAA, managing the install crew, showing us a wide choice of shingle samples, and answering every question quickly. We now have a new 50-year roof that matches the historic style of our home, new venting that has significantly reduced the upstairs temperature (which got unbearably hot in the summer), and wider gutters and downspouts to channel rain and snow away from the house. GP even had a referral discount program. We referred them to a number of neighbors who were also completely happy with the service and quality of work. With the referral discounts, we only paid $200 out of pocket after insurance. I whole-heartedly recommend Greenpoint to anyone looking for a totally professional, reliable and responsive roofing company. These guys are the best!
