The owner explained several things it could be before the service workers came out and they were very honest. It was fixed in less then an hour and everyone I spoke to was very nice and professional. Didn't try to make more money than was needed. I would recommend them to anyone needing electrical work. They explained what they had to do to figure the problem out AND to fix it

They sent two people to install an electrical outlet and did not have the parts, so spent 45 minutes to get it at Home Depot.

"First of all, we actually credited the homeowner one hour of three for the work. $120.00 credit on $360.00 in labor. I believe the original three hours of billable time was justified. We were called to install a receptacle for a bidet. We sent two men ($95.00/hr for one man, $120.00/hr for two men). We were expecting to fish a wire through the walls to install the receptacle. However, there was no attic or crawl space.A receptacle had to be tapped and metal conduit ran through cabinets to the new receptacle. The job was able to be completed with no drywall cutting."

Marvin was great to deal with! Did all the proper homework before he even gave me a bid. Handled the entire permit process for me. His crew was pleasant. And price was great. Out of the other 4 pros that were recommended on here to me, I am glad I used him and highly recommend AAA Electric.

Marv's response to an estimate and scheduling was outstanding. We knew our costs and were scheduled within a week. AAA pulled the State Electrical Permit and worked closely with the inspector for non-typical items.
