The gear shift lever broke one day while I was trying to put my car in park. I was stuck in the car with it stuck in reverse and could not turn off the car. I was unable to do anything. I called JW and they came right away to help. They were able to get the car out of reverse so it could be turned off and towed.

They kept us safe and got us back on the road! They showed up when they said they would. We’re in great visible professional apparel, and made us feel comfortable. Seemed super cautious and careful about our situation and got us back on the road.

Blew a tire. Couldn’t get the lugs undone by myself. They helped us changed and followed me to town to make sure we were okay!

Company was prompt and professional! They responded quickly and took great care of our car after it was in an accident. Drivers are very neat and professional unlike many others we have used in the past. We had great confidence in their ability to handle the situation at hand and we were very comfortable working with their drivers. Not something you see in this business very often!

Prompt, professional and affordable service. Nice, hardworking folk. My son was fascinated watching my truck get hoisted onto the tow truck bed. Jason and Apryl kind enough to offer him a peek inside the tow truck cab. He was too shy to take them up on it but he talked about tow trucks for weeks after.
