Paul was called in after previous contractors had done work at my mom's house. There were little problems with everything. He checked the electrical, phone wiring, plumbing, door and window insulation, basically a whole house inspection, and made the necessary repairs so she could spend her last years comfortable with no worry about fires and plumbing issues. Have referred him many times and will continue to do so. Very thorough, reasonable, punctual, and leaves the job and site better than when he arrived.

I called to set  up a consult. Mr. Boggs came out  within the week, and then I got a estimate via email. I accepted and set up a time. Mr Boggs came on time and proceeded to work. My ceiling fan looks great. Work was done in a timely manner, was very clean and has attention to the smallest detail. I will call Highlands Home Improvement for my next house project. I am very satisfied with the work.

Paul is the owner and he comes out to do the estimates.  He does have other employees that assist him.  He has also did some repairs on my chimney.  When the house was built their was no insulation in the chimney.  Paul insulated and replaced, rebuilt the chimney with siding so there is no air leakage.  I have been using them for the past 10 years.  He is always prompt, professional, punctual, and courteous.  I will continue to use him and would recommend him to others.

They are very professional and provide fair pricing.  They make sure they show up on time.

Paul Boggs  is excellent. On time and ready. It was a hot day, but he still went  all around the attic to figure out  the best way to hang my light. I wanted one in a high ceiling area with what seemed to me almost no access. I was warned from other people that an electrician would have to punch alot of holes in the drywall to get a light up there, Paul did it with only 1 small hole. The chandelier looks great.
He also removed a old  florescent  box light fixture from my kitchen.He planned the best places to install can lighting and it turned out better than i had even hoped. Whole job was done in a professional manner, very clean, with attention to detail and Paul is a really nice guy. Very happy.

The electrical repairs were done perfectly. The ceiling and the fireplace switch are working fine. The crew brought their own vacuum to clean up when the job was done and they worked efficiently.

PAUL WAS ON TIME, FAST AND VERY NICE. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE EXPERIENCE.
