Great guy does a great job

JD Frank installed the AC and was amazing! The work was well done, especially since they were working onsite. He was very communicative and took the time to explain everything they were doing and answer any questions. An AC unit is a true investment and it was comforting to have all details reviewed and confirmed! Also installed was a humidifier and UV light (which I highly recommend). Thank you again!!

We hired lion to come and fix our A/C. They tried selling us a new system for a ridiculous price when all we needed was maintenance. Very disappointed after waiting a week for service.

Jeremiah was extremely polite and professional. He explained the work he was doing in detail made helpful suggestions as to what will help prolong the life of my hot water heater.

Lion just fixed our AC 2 weeks ago, just learned Denali was purchased by Lion. Dealing with full house damage from 7.5.19 hail. Also an insurance agent myself, so I'm excited to pass along this company that IS able to work with mobile homes.

well i have used them a few times now and have figured out their pricing approach. They say they waive the initial fee, just to get out there and look at it, just to charge a high diagnostic fee that includes a small repair ($180.00 ) and it only took about 10 minutes. So in my mind that's high, and a bit on the price gouging side. but i wish they did a time & materials price system.

Prompt response and they appeared to do a really good job. A bit more expensive than previous vendors but they seemed to know what they were doing and used equipment other vendors did not.
