Tony is a professional in all ways. He has years of experience in auto repair and collision work and works effectively with insurance companies. When I went to pick up my 10-year-old car it looked like new. The front and back areas that had been damaged were replaced with new parts and the damage to the body completely repaired. He had even had it detailed on the inside, something that was sorely needed! I appreciated his concern for my welfare and his attention to detail. Most of all, I am thankful that we were able to avoid totaling a perfectly good car that has many miles left to go. I would highly recommend Tony and Rallye Coach Works for the high quality of their work, their valuable advice, and their great customer service.
Description of Work
I was in an auto accident in which I was rear-ended, resulting in significant damage to both the front and back of my 2004 Volvo. My regular service shop referred me to Rallye Coach Works and Tony Martins because they said that he did quality work and would make sure that the body work was done correctly. After discovering the extent of the damages, Allstate wanted to total the car. I resisted because it still drives very well and is far from the end of its useful life. Tony negotiated with the insurance company, got them to agree to repair it, and completed the job in a shorter time than I'd anticipated. Damages included most of the front end (rocker panels, bumpers, the grill, radiator, and headlamps, hood), rear bumper, rear frame, panels, rear lights, etc. Because the accident happened just before I had knee surgery, Tony also made sure that the car was transferred from the repair shop to his facility and he handled all the arrangements with the insurance company. It was especially important that I had someone so experienced to deal with the car when I was recovering from surgery. His shop works with imports like Volvos, restores classic cars, and also will do collision work on any other make or model.
