No need to look any further! My AC was leaking while husband was out of town the day before labor day. I called and looked online at several other companies but liked the reviews I read for this company and I am so happy I did. Jimmy is professional, knowledgeable, friendly and prompt. He changed my filters, climbed into my attic and found a switch had tripped so he reset that and insisted that he not charge me the fee to come out since he thought my husband would have found the problem had he been in town. Other companies wanted up to $79 just to come out then a charge for services. Thank you Jimmy!!

Jim was phenomenal, and nobody else I spoke with came close to Jim’s professionalism and price. He was even on the lookout for weather and let me know it would be best to push back a day to avoid complications with my new units down the road. Very knowledge about air conditioning. He was honest and didn't charge me even though he was able to start the fan on my air conditioner unit outside. He told me the bearing were going out on the fan and It has R22 coolant and will be extent Jan 2010 and I know I will need a new air conditioner soon and I'll be using True Blue Heating and Air to put it in. Thank you Jim.

Now we know that Our old ass A/C is straight up d.e.a.d. 15 years+ old. Jimmie came out to look at it to see whats wrong. AFTER HOURS!!! at 830pm. He straight up DID NOT CHARGE US for diagnostics!! Just told us we need to get a new unit. He couldve charged us a lot of money, but just wanted our business, so he told us what we needed to do going forward. I will always use True blue in the future!!! Thank you!

True Blue Heating and Air diagnosed and performed an R410A air conditioning installation on my older R22 system that had been modified incorrectly with R22 and R410A parts by a previous contractor. Over time this â jury riggedâ system caused a variety of growing issues and ultimately a breakdown. Jim Ciccone, co-owner and Master technician, whose many years of experience determined the situation quickly and made the recommended repairs and installation. He was at all times very professional, dependable, plain speaking, and straightforward. I highly recommend Jim and True Blue Heating and Air. They would be my first call should I have any HVAC problems in the future.

Jimmie was incredible! We are working on a house we are selling and needed help getting it up to code. He fit us in and corrected all the problems. While he was working on that house our other homes old air conditioning blew up. He took the time to go all the way across town and check it out at the end of a very long day. Jimmy responded quickly to our call for help. He assessed the situation, fixed the compressor in 20 minutes by replacing a capacitor and cleaning the coils, and was gone in a hour. We could not be more happy with the service.
