Jimmie, with True Blue, was AMAZING!! I tried to self-install an Ecobee smart thermostat and after a few failed attempts to get it to work, I switched back to the old thermostat. Only problem: the old thermostat wouldn t work either! The high the next day would be 92 degrees. Jimmie got to our house and took 15 minutes to locate and fix the issue. Then he installed the new ecobee unit and was done in no time! He was knowledgeable, professional, and worked with a smile!

Received next day service and everyone, from the office to Jim, were easy to work with. Jim was incredible, no nonsense and was able to fix our issue on the spot. He was kind, courteous and fast. Thank you True Blue, we will be sleeping comfortably tonight!

Simply wonderful. A hours long job yesterday was just a 20 minute fix today. Aside from who i married, one of my best decisions.

First company that came out said our HVAC system was shot and needed to be replaced: $8,800. These folks came came out and said, "Yes, you need a new system in the not too distant future, but for today it's just a fuse". Total Cost $59.99. Our AC is running again. Honest people are such a rare find.

Jimmie was efficient, professional, and got our AC that had quit on us working in no time! He was able to diagnose the issue with our AC almost immediately and had the parts needed for repair in his vehicle. He was able to do the repair quickly without rushing through to run out the door. Jimmie also gave us some good advice to help avoid having our AC shut down again. I was impressed and very happy that we were able to get same day service. Jim replaced our air conditioner within 24 hours. Excellent customer service, which meant a lot to this pregnant mom on the hottest week of the year!!
