It went pretty well. They were on time, the final cost matched the estimate, and the job was done when they said it would be.

They're nice, efficient, and got it done in just two days. They're also very respectful.

They took really good care of our interior windows placing ladders on towels to prevent potential damage. They did an excellent job. I will definitely recommend them and absolutely use them, again.

They replaced the windows quickly and efficiently. One of the windows had scratches from the manufacturer, which I may not have noticed right away, but they pointed it out and said they would get it replaced as soon as possible. So far, I think they have done a good job and have been up front and honest. They worked with me on the price and told me about a coupon they had available.
I am happy with the results. The windows have a lifetime warrenty.

We have been using Windows America since 2004 and he has done all of our windows since then on two different houses. We also refer Mark (the owner) to all of our friends and family. He is always fair on his pricing, his installers are fantastic and efficicient and he always follows through with what he says he will do. Mark has a no-nonsense approach to the industry which we greatly appreciate. The windows are great and have really helped our home with utility bills and overall comfort.

Because I appreciated the feedback from previous customers from various companies when I was trying to make up my mind whom to use, I hope this feedback might be of some help to others also trying to make a decision. I googled the window manufacturers as well as the installers being considered and read up as much as possible about their business, product, service, warranty, etc. Also googled a few window replacement forums. (make sure the comments that you read are relevant to the installer in the city you live and planning on possibly using - I initially read a couple of negative reviews before realizing those were for an installer in a different state). Anyway, after doing the above and also going to speak to a couple of their customers, I decided on Windows America located at 3620 Jeannine Drive in Colorado Springs. I had their Vinylmax (manufacturer) triple pane insulated IntelliGlass Plus with Argon gas filled windows installed yesterday. The U- Factor is stated to be .23 and SHGC is .26. Obviously I can only comment at this time as to the installation experience and what I think of them as a new install. Every aspect of the whole experience was a thumbs up. There was no pressure exerted by owner Mark. I got a few addresses of recent jobs and picked a couple and spoke to the homeowners....good reviews. Within just a couple weeks the windows were delivered and installed. Installers Brian and his assistant were punctual, cordial, careful and obviously knowledgeable about their trade. They did what I believe was a very good job of installing; the windows themselves look great; and, since weather the past two days has been cold and into the teens at night...we have noticed more uniform comfort in both levels of our home and have not had to and quot;bump up the thermostatand quot; due to the cold snap as we would have had to have done before. We are also noticing how quiet it is inside ! Lastly, their replacement warranty appears to be excellent I believe. Time will tell on that part, but other customer advised that he had rock hit his and it was replaced quickly. In short, I am very satisfied with the price, the look and quality at this time. I intend to make another post in the future as to how they are performing a year or two from now. Hope this helps somebody else trying to make a good decision.

They were good but they left some glass that I had to clean up. They were very punctual and they were cheap. I probably would use them again.

Windows operate great and we notice the house has stayed cooler this spring/summer. They definitely have helped keep the heat out. Windows were installed over three different days and on each day, the installers arrived on time and as expected. We did have one minor issue in that one windows was missed from the order. Mark worked with both ourselves and the manufacturer to get the window shipped and installed promptly. We are very happy with our purchase! Windows are nice and price was very reasonable.

We are really pleased with the windows. Windows America came to the house, measured all openings, told us how long the job would take. Windows were ordered to fit each opening and odd sizes were not a problem. The windows were shipped from the factory right on schedule. The install crew was well equipped, proficient in their work and were pleasant to have at the house.

I highly recommend these folks. They are clean, professional and competitively priced. Check them out before getting your windows.
