Neal was professional, timely, and provided an excellent value for top quality work.

I called for an estimate. He arrived on time and was professional. The estimate was the right price and he was willing to start right away. He arrived at 10.30 for the estimate and was done with the work before 6, that included a trip to the store to vents. He did a great job and I would use him again.

We called Neil kind of last minute because our previous handyman quit on us, and he was able to come and help to set up a steel swing set. He stayed pretty late that night until everything was settled. His prices were reasonable. He did some work around the house after that. Repaired dry wall, installed a door in the basement, and installed a food processor in the kitchen. I will use his services again in the future.

Both Brian & Neil were installing a metal patio cover at my neighbour's house. I asked if they could look at my metal patio cover. I was very impressed with their knowledge and skill at doing everything I needed repaired. Neil & Brian are both very accommodating and professional. They are both very capable of repairing/improving anything. I highly recommend their work.

He's very good at it and his price is good and he gets back with you. He's just a responsible single working guy.

A careless driver knocked down my mailbox. I know it may sound trivial but annoyingly the US Postal Service stops delivering your mail of your mailbox is knocked down. Apparently it is way too difficult to drop it at a person's front door for a few days! I called Neal on Saturday and he had my mailbox installed by Sunday noon. Thanks Neal!!!

The broiler and washing machine were rather simple fixes for him. The table needed additional brackets and some wood. He went to a home supply business and got what was needed and now the table doesn't wobble and looks good. And he didn't charge a service call; only charged for his time and labor.

This is the first job that Neal has done for us at one of our rental properties. We needed the exterior door in the back of the house replaced. It's an 100+ year old home and the door frame was not even, so it required some cutting and resizing to get the door to fit. Plus the frame was in very poor condition with cracked and peeling paint. Neal and crew did a great job and took care of all the details, including adjusting the frame to fit the door, sanding and painting the frame, patching the old key set holes, all done in a day at a very reasonable price. It looks great and more importantly, the door is sealed very well! There is a lot more work that needs to be done on this house and we'll definitely call Neal to do it.

Neal was very professional and his estimate was right on target... We hired him for the stairs on the deck and he did such a great job that we hired him to fix the dog run...He did an awesome job and I would highly recommend him to others. I will definitely use him again in the future...

Neal always comes prepared to work and if needs be he will go and get whatever is required to do the job. He is friendly, but professional. We were very pleased with his work.

Neal came over to take a look at the job and stated that he normally charged $170.00 for a door replacement. He and his assistant arrived in a timely manner, and worked until the job was done. I was very pleased with the quality of the work. I would definitely hire him for another job that required a handyman.

It started with the original estimate. He gave me a phone estimate. I requested he a take a look in person since the door was moved from original house build and a major home improvement store was quoting twice the labor cost. He showed up the next day and gave the same price as phone quote. Neal did a great job. He expected it to be a normal job taking a few hours. He and his assistant spent 9 hours on the install. He had to modify a few pieces of wood to make the door fit correctly. He took great care to make sure it was professionally done. I was expecting the cost to be a lot more based on the time it took to complete. The only additional cost was for supplies. I requested another job early in the day. It was late and I could see he was tired and told him he could come back some other time. He stayed and completed the job. I would recommend Neal and will use him for future projects.

This is the fourth job Neal has done for me. He did a good job of informing me what he would be doing. He stayed with this job until it was finished and had several good ideas of what would make the job better.

He was on time. Very nice person. I will be using him again and again. He repaired fence, screen door and closet doors.

This is the second time I have used Neal to take care of a job that needed prompt attention. He was very clear in letting me know when he was available and if he thought he could handle. the job. Neal is very good at fixing things that are fixable without just replacing parts. He told me the section of my garage door could be repaired without replacing an entire panel of the top section. He had a person that could help him do the heaviness of this job and had no excuses when he found it was a heavier job than he thought. Arrived on time. Worked steadily, made one equipment run to the store. Pleasant, good explanations of what needed to be done to fix the problems. Suggested at least two solutions to both problems and involved me in the decision. With permission worked until 9:30 at night to complete the job. Neal seemed to enjoy what he does, was very steady, and did not waste time. He was neat and tidy - worked in the house on carpet and was careful to protect everything and did not damage or stain anything in the area he was working.

He was on time and did the work at a reasonable cosst and the work seems to be done well.

Neal was a very professional and nice guy. I have nothing to say bad again him as a person. Unfortunately, it seems as if this job is alittle more than what he can handle. The first day he was here, he looked around to see what kind of materials he needed to complete the job. He didn't have a note pad or pen so I figured he was really good at this and knew off the bat what he needed. To start it off, his schedule is so busy it took two weeks to complete the job. One week just to return to start on the door, and another week to two weeks to come back and finish the holes in the wall. When he arrived to start the job the first week, he unloaded his entire workshop in my house, that took longer than the job it self. Then he forgot some items at the shop and he also realized that he would need some more stuff from his shop after he arrived on scene to start the job. This lead me to my question of, if he would have wrote stuff down, he could have remembered what he needed. When he left to get these items, he took over four hours to return, I had to call him back and ask if he was coming back anytime today. Then finally when he started, he casually did the job as if I had all day and night to sit and wait for him to finish. In the end it looked more like someone glued stuff together, but I am not a handyman so that could be standard. Overall with my schedule the way it is, I don' t have all day for someone to fix something small in my house. If he would have a crew or an assistant it could have gone faster and smoother, but I think decent size jobs are a bit much just for one man.

I called Neal and was lucky enough to find out that he had to wait for some supplies to finish the job he was currently working on, so he was free to help us out. He came out right away even though we are a little further out than most, near Curtis RD and Hwy 94. We had two doors that were letting in dirt when the wind blows. We also had two bathroom vents where the plastic baffle would bang against the metal vent and make quite a racket. For the doors, he quickly surmised that the front door would need v-stripping around the frame, and also a sweep at the bottom. For the garage door he estimated it would only need a sweep. He then took the long trip back to town to get the supplies, came back and expertly fixed the doors. For the vents, he pulled them apart and placed some material on the parts that were knocking against the frame, which, while it didn't stop all the noise, made them much quieter than before. After he was done, he asked if there was anything else he could do while he was there. We had a boxed coat rack that we had been meaning to put together and mount on the wall, Neal completed it very quickly and it looks great. I would highly recommend Neal, he is truly fantastic.

He actually came out the night it happened and did it because he considered it an emergency to my safety. What stood out to me is that he came out at night and stayed until it was fixed and did charge me a premium price or any extra than it normally would cost. I liked the efficiency of his work; I could tell he had a lot of experience.

The bulbs in the chandelier over my dining table used to flicker on and off and eventually the chandelier stopped working altogether. Another handyman tried to fix it, even bought a new dimmer switch, but couldn't repair it and told me I needed an electrician. Neal fixed it for a fraction of the cost. He's awesome! I definitely recommend him.
