Description of Work: They took all our old tires for just $10.00 more and also a big old tv. All things they usually don't take. The space behind our shed is finally all cleaned up. Yay! |

Description of Work: I had a number of junk items in a dog run at my home plus an old recliner in the basement. These items were removed from my home within less than 30 minutes. I felt the price was fair. If I need junk removed in the future I will use Junk King. I wish I would have known in advance if I ordered the service online I would have saved $30.00.

Description of Work: They showed up, they picked up they called( I was not home) and gave me a price to pick up the rest of the pile of yard debris, I said yes, then they called back and said they needed to charge me more as there wasn't as access to debris. Debris is to the side of a very long driveway. 1. make sure you are there to witness the work. I happened to be gone so I cannot tell what and how much they picked up I still have many many piles left. |

Description of Work: They removed a piano from the basement. Although they could have used a few additional workers, they accomplished the task successfully.

Description of Work: My only complaint was there were 3 people and only two of them were working. I read the reviews on line and thought they would be a little more thorough. I guess I would use them again but I might shop around first.

Description of Work: Hauled away nearly two truck-loads of junk that I could not have taken care of on my own. | |They were late for both the evaluation / estimate appointment and the operational appointment due to "over-booking" according to the franchise management. | |They worked quickly and efficiently when the did arrive and took away about 90-95 % of the junk that I needed hauled off. They would not take HAZMAT items, but they told me that at the estimate appointment. | |Overall, they performed a great service that I could not have done myself in that period of time.

Description of Work: J. King picked up multiple items from my garage, patio and backyard. They called me in advance and were able to arrive a little early. There would have been a $10 add'l charge to take a tv so I had them leave that behind. They were very quick at the job and cordial.

Description of Work: They originally scheduled for 3 to 5PM yesterday and did not make it. However, they did call and apologize profusely and we arranged to have them come this morning between 9 and 10AM. They guys, Ben and Josh, called ahead and arrived when they said they would. | |I had them remove a bunch of old fencing and other larger junk from my back yard. They were quick and did a great job. | |While it is never pleasing when a company makes a mistake, like not coming at the original appointed time; it is their response afterwards which defines their quality. They even took a bit more than the 1/4 truck. I am quite happy with their service and quality as a company.

Description of Work: Service was provided one day late because of confusion over an incorrect phone number on Angie's list. Once that was corrected, service was excellent. We will definitely use them again.
