They supply donuts and coffee while you wait. I keep going back because its a Honda dealer and they are fairly close. They offer a courtesy ride home if its going to be a while.

It was a really good deal. The price was good. They treated me really well, they kept me informed and everything. For punctuality, they told me about how long it would take and I don't think they went over any time they had told me on the 3 or 4 times I have been there. They are very professional. Oil changes take about 45 minutes. The recall and oil change, they said they would be about 2 and a half hours. They took about 2 hours and 20 minutes. The workers were good.

We bought a brand new car in 2015. The only thing we have had to do is oil changes and I take it to Honda dealership here because they have a special going on oil changes. They had a recall that had to do with computer re-programming/apps and programs in the vehicle. They sent me notices and called them and they set an appointment. That is at Front Range Honda. I haven't taken it anywhere else. I have not needed to go to a mechanic or anything. The recall was free and the oil change was about $28, I had a coupon with it. They did a good job.

It went really well, with the exception of some brake repairs that we felt needed to be done after we purchased our van. They ran a test and it was fine according to their rating. It met the criteria, barely. After we purchased I heard grinding still. They eventually paid for my rotors to get replaced and we paid for the brake pads. It was a fair deal to me. I recently had to get my headlight changed. I went to the Hyundai dealer since that is the kind of vehicle I have, they wanted to charge me $80. My husband normally does it but, I knew he wouldn't have time to do it that day and I had planned on being out late. I went to Front Range Honda and they changed my headlight at no charge!!! They take care of their customers!!! It was a pleasant surprise.

It was a positive buying experience. I was treated like a buyer but was never pushed. The salesman listened to what I wanted and after a little trial and error we came up with the exact car that was a good fit for me. The dealership has a friendly environment and there were no "cat and mouse" games.

They washed the entire car after the service. They are true Honda dealers I know in town and the other one was just high pressure. They are much more relaxed and easy to deal with.

I always take my CRV to Front Range Honda for my scheduled maintenance. I am never disappointed. I always feel like they take any concerns with my vehicle I may have seriously, and I always have confidence in their diagnosis. Recommended!

I took my Pilot in for an estimate; they were professional and courteous. I was given an estimate for the work and all the recommendations were thoroughly explained to me. I scheduled an appointment for the repairs; the repairs were completed in a timely manner. My vehicle was there for one day, my final bill matched the estimate.

I was guided into the service area by a delightfully helpful man - at 7 AM, before coffee!!
The service rep greeted me with a smile, and explained the procedure.
The waiting room is cozy, comfortable, and open to an incredible view of the mountains,
There is a big screen TV, hot and cold drinks, fresh doughnuts, and daily newspaper.
The shuttle drivers would periodically ask if there was anyone waiting for a ride.
The service man came to explain the work that would be done, that there was some recall work he'd do, and recommended work for the future.
Everyone was professional, pleasant, and prompt.
The car was returned to me quickly and CLEAN...they even washed it!!
Next time, I won't dread taking my friend's car here for service. I'll actually look forward to the task!!

I had a free oil change from a buy one / get one free offer. So, my oil change was free. They said I needed to change my air filter and cabin filter. That was fine. However, they quote me $129 for those two things. The air filter is $9 and the cabin filter is $15. Both are super easy to install and would take less than 5 minutes. The service tech made it sound like the cabin filter was tricky to install as it "had to be installed in a box". I've done it before myself. You open the glove compartment, lower it down and take out the old filter and input the new one. It's a 2 minute job. It is the second time I've been treated like I'm an idiot (female at that) consumer at this dealership. Last time, the parts guy was going to argue with me about what kind of car I had. I have a CR-Z not a CR-V. One is a two-seater hybrid sports car and the other is an SUV. I know what kind of car I drive. Anyway, the manager is trying to resolve this with me but I'm not going back.

I don't remember how much they charged at that time. I have a Honda and my husband has a Subaru. I like the Honda dealers better then the other Subaru car dealers in maintenance. The other dealer's place is awful to go to, but the Honda dealership is a good place to go to. I like the personnel here and their waiting room is comfortable. They don't keep me waiting for long.
