Description of Work: They cleaned and sealed my shower and kitchen floor. They had a great attitude but they didn't protect the appliances, cabinets and wood floors as well as they could have and there was some residue and damage. The pricing was also very high.

Description of Work: Price was based on all the heating registers, but on the 1st work session, only the upstairs ones were done because I was told the worker was not allowed to remove register covers |in the ceiling". So he just poked between the ribs. The next day I called to tell the worker | that a 3-in strip of cat fur and dust was hanging from a downstairs |ceiling register. He said, just pull it out. That won't hurt. Call back if there is more problem. When my son returned home after several days, he called them and they said they would come again and did. This time my son was removing the downstairs register covers by unscrewing two screws each in |another room. The workman told me that he was going to pump air into the |furnace pipe opening and blow air into the vents not using the brush. I told |my son who spoke to the worker and gained agreement to do the downstairs heat vents with the brush method. Later the worker said he had not noticed the covers were attached by screws.

Description of Work: First they rescheduled the first appointment. The service tech was an hour and a half late. He then had to leave my front door open so the hose from his truck could reach the carpet. This is something the estimator should have noted. He seemed to rush through the cleaning since he was so late and still had another appointment after mine. The reason I was having the carpet cleaned was from pet stains. The estimator said they would be no problem. After he left, he only spent 2 hours on a carpet that was approx. 1500 square feet, I noticed the smell from the pet stains was worse then before. When it dried ALL of the stains were still there and the high traffic areas looked exactly the same. I called the company and they said they would come out and re-do it. I wanted it done before the holidays since we had family coming in from out of town. They scheduled it for 12/19 and then again cancelled because one of the techs called in sick and they didn't know what time they could make it. Then it was scheduled for the 22nd and again cancelled due to weather. At this point I was done with them! I did not hear from them again until 12/30 at which time I told them to forget it and the technician said "I can't get out pet stains anyway"! It was so horrible after they did it that I ended up replacing the whole carpet! I think there chemicals just added to the smell! I will never use this company again!

Description of Work: Coit cleaned 27 air ducts, furnace, dryer vent. Also cleaned carpet in one room and dry cleaned 2 sets of drapes.

They did tell me that my ducts were pretty clean for the age. Brought me one piece of plastic that they sucked out. Believe the dust and dog hair were more important Carpet cleaning was done, quickly but not to fast. There were a few spots that returned and they came out and retreated at no cost within 2 days just like promised
