Description of Work: Brandon and Will arrived soon after their phone call. Their performance with servicing our Trane furnance and cleaning our ducts was completed with professionalism, thoroughness and courtesy. I was concerned about how my dogs would react to having workers in our home, and they were fine, putting my mind at ease.

Description of Work: Got a call from our tenants that the furnace had gone out. I called Calibrating Air on a SUNDAY morning, and he was able to come out quickly and fix the problem. We were to blame in that we hadn't changed the furnace filter and had forgotten to let the tenants know to also do this, so our pilot light had gone out. A quick change out of the filter and we were good to go! He also changed the settings on our furnace as it was installed incorrectly, and now the furnace uses less gas to operate, saving our tenants money on utility bills. He didn't have to do that, but we appreciated the attention. We were very pleased with the price for a Sunday morning emergency heat loss....had no choice because it was 30 degrees out. We would gladly call them again.
