I am a licensed and insured small, local business servicing Colorado Springs that specializes in residential tile installation and interior remodeling. I pride myself on listening to your needs, working with you on design, and providing you with impeccable craftsmanship. I have an extensive education in architecture and work experience in remodeling installation. Combined, these 16 years of experience allow me to use a design sense, an understanding of materials, and craftsmanship to provide you with a product that truly works for you. Lee is a perfect professional and a perfectionist in his approach to his work. His tile work is without equal and all work and prices guaranteed in writing. I would give Lee 6 stars if I could; He is really that Good! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Lee did a fabulous job! He communicates very professionally, both during the bidding and the tiling process. He was punctual, respected our home, and above all else, provided excellent workmanship.

Lee is very professional. He communicates well via email and text. His pricing was in line with what we expected and wanted to pay. Cleans up the job nice & tidy and leaves good instructions. He will be doing more work for us in the future.

Lee is an accomplished craftsman, Plus he has Integrity, he does what he says he will do. He removed and old 70's style surround and bath tub combo and installed a new enameled steel tub and the did a fantastic job of tile work. shows up time. besides he is an over all nice guy.

Bathroom Remodel
We were very pleased with Lee Aviv tile and remodeling work in our 30 year old home. --- Lee was very professional, did high quality work, cleaned up at the end of each day, and was always on time. Lee also gave us excellent suggestions on title patterns and design. --- On the lower level, Lee removed old linoleum flooring from an entry hall, a washer/dryer utility room, and a bathroom. He then installed new ceramic floor tiles. In the upper level bathroom tub/showers, Lee removed old wall tile and sheet rock, behind-the-wall plumbing, and fixtures. He then installed new plumbing, cement wall board, new fixtures, and wall tile.

Lee completely redid my bathroom from the floor up. He helped me maximize the space by removing the bathroom vanity putting on in going the opposite direction. He worked with me on tile selection and design. He even built me a custom vanity when I couldn't find one I liked! Aviv Tile is always professional, respectful and does quality work that will last.

I needed my townhome kitchen completely ripped out and redone to create a better floor plan and make it more usable. I needed two walls ripped out, cabinets installed, a kitchen island built, counters tiled, floor tiled, walls patched and painted, light fixtures updated, appliances installed...the whole 9 yards! Aviv Tile and Remodeling did a fantastic job...I'd recommend them to anyone! Lee (Mr. Aviv) worked with me on all my design choices every step of the way. He made suggestions based on whether I wanted things to "look pretty" or last forever, and managed to make it do both! When I was confused about my kitchen layout options, he drew up a floor plan and put the whole thing in photoshop, so I could see what it would look like before it was built! He was professional, prompt, clean, respectful, and gave me the best customer service I've ever experienced--even when I changed my mind on the design a million times. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
