They came to my work to do the replacement. They called to say they were on their way and called again once they arrirved. I brought the repairman to my car and the work was done quickly, in a professional manner and very neatly. The payment was exactly as quoted and the window is great.
I liked the work and the service so much, I called them a month later to replace the windshield of another of our cars. These guys are great, friendly and really seem to know what customer service is and treat their customers with respect. I'll use them again when I need another new windshield.
I was extremely dissatisfied with previous large name brand windshield repair companies and went looking for something new on Angie's List. Selected AGR&R and contacted them. Jewel was very friendly in setting up the service on the phone and promptly set up a date and time for this job. That Saturday, Larry came by right on schedule and proceeded to replace all three windshields. His service was very courteous and extremely professional. His attention to detail was superb and he did extra touches to ensure each windshield was seated properly and sealed firmly. Note that the cost was $100 deductible per windshield and applied the $60 Angie's List coupon to each purchase (total cost $120). Larry and Jewel are masters at this profession! AGR&R is now my windshield replacement choice and I highly recommend this business to others.
