Worker found a hose connecting to the AC that needed repair and pointed it out to me..I appreciated that as I would not have noticed.

Very friendly emploee, courteous and polite and wore a mask at time of work to be completed very happy with the service

Fantastic company

they tell you one thing on the phone and in person (the technician) and when you call them to cancel any more house calls they charge you $l95 for not wanting them to come back again and spray. This is not what the tech told me - and the guy on the phone also - NO CANCELLATION FEE, I feel I was taken advantage being 75 years old so they thought they could get more money from me - this is a scam and I wouldn't advise anyone to call them unless they want to get scammed.This was the only exterminator that was given by Home Advisor so I went with them.. Now I'm seeing nothing but bad reviews. Home Advisor - read this and take them off your list unless you want your customers to get scammed and get bad reviews. Lauren A. Williams

One of the service guys Tim Clink was very awesome. He was interesting in what was going on with the bites we were having, went the extra mile to help me turn over our couches as well as clear out dressers to spray. Very nice guy with great customer service. The other guys that came out were very nice as well, Tim just stood out above the crowd
