I don't believe this was a professional plumber, more of a handyman or apprentice perhaps. They broke my toilet costing me more to replace than the entire job. They couldn't finish most of the tasks, although with a quick trip to Home Depot I was able to resolve all of them myself in minutes. My advice if you hire them is to ask for insurance and bond and confirm they are a trained plumber.
