Video Production
He was supposed to convert the tapes into VCR or DVDs. I haven't seen them yet. He keeps giving me excuses for why he can't produce them. On a couple occasions he said he erased them. When I threatened to take him to court he said that he found them but wants me to sign a waiver that I received them before viewing them.
