Came out to evaluate a washer that was not draining. Quoted $469 to replace the pump. I can practically buy a brand new washer for that price. Tried to convince me that washer nowadays only last a few years. BS.

Scheduled them to come out to see if they could fix our oven they came- left no invoice, left no info of any kind. No idea if they can or can t fix the oven no response to voicemail. Just know we got charged for the inspection.

Prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I appreciated the immediate contact after seeking a Pro on the Home Advisor app. For my repair, new parts had to be ordered..... I received a fair price and quick turnaround to install those new parts. Kody was fantastic!

What a surprise, I was expecting it would take a week or two to get my Kenmore dryer fixed as a I assumed my issues would require an ordering of parts. I called Action this morning around 11:00 and they were actually able to send Cody today. His inspection revealed two bad parts, both of which he had with him, a universal gas coil kit, and a 4-roller maintenance kit. Within an hour of his arrival time, he had diagnosed and repaired my dryer. Thanks Cody and Action.

Cost was much more than I expected. Delay in getting parts and installation

Make them be upfront and communicate exactly what they are going to do and the price they will do it for. I had to talk to seven different people to have the tech do what we had discussed and it was very stressful with the inadequate communication with people in the company and even communication between different employees in the company.

Company has an F rating from Colorado BBB. Numerous unanswered complaints against it. Very prompt service and Josh was great. He quickly analyzed the problem, retrieved the part the next day, and came back the next day to install it. The bill was $711. I looked up the cost of the part which was $124, and Josh worked about 2 hours When I asked for an itemized bill, Josh said the company does itemize bills but said the cost breakdown is 80/20 parts and labor. Which means that I paid $140 for labor (a fair price) and and $571 for a part that costs $140. That is hardly fair. Understand if they charged as extra $100 for the part but not an extra $447. Feel ripped off not by Josh but by the company. If you need something done quickly and do not mind getting hosed, call them. Otherwise, stay away. Hard to understand why Home Advisor still lists the company.

Found out a problem with my frig that I initially did not contact them for. But it was the problem causing my problem! Took a while to get things taken care of as my frig was freezing up and things had to be thawed out! Haiman, or Hyman, or Himan, that is his name, hope I spelled it right on one of these. He was very diligent, and got the job done. Now I am able to get water out of the dispenser again and hopefully, no freezing in other parts of the frig! Thanks for a job well done!

Great service at a fair price!

I felt the company was honest and provided me with the info I needed to make the best decision for my family. The one thing I would change is they provide a 4 hour window to stop over and they were late. Other than that it was a good experience

Was informed after inspection that I needed to replace my 30-year-old furnace. Installation was performed that evening because of expected inclement weather. Installers were very professional and timely completed the job.

Our repairman, Edwin, was terrific. He did a great job diagnosing the problem, ordering the correct part and installing it promptly when it arrived.
