It was very inexpensive to have them just look at it $54.00 around there & the usual cost is $75-$150.00 Total for everything was $250. when I was anticipating paying $1000. That's incredible! & I am Grateful!!!

I thought the cost for replacing the circulation fan in the refrigerator, 10 min. job, was exorbitant.

Service was excellent, and we we were kept informed of all that was being done.

Great at there job

My appliance repair was handled as well as expected being it was Christmas Eve. The technician had to come back the day after Christmas as he has to order the part and their warehouse closed early on Christmas Eve and he could not get it until 12/26.

I hired the company to fix my dryer and it still is not fixed. I had to wait 2 and half weeks for the part to come in and did not fix the problem. I called to have them come back out, and they never showed for the apt.

They were quick and efficient

I have never experienced the utter lack of customer service that I did with this company. Unbelievable. Scheduled me for a 4 hour window then didn t show up. When I called they said they didn t guarantee their service time, just their with. Receptionist was rude and inconsiderate of the time I took off work and had the nerve to tell me that I wasn t their only customer - as though this made it ok that they didn t schedule properly. They asked if I wanted to reschedule as they couldn t guarantee the person would come even during the last 4 hour window. So I missed a whole day of work and was trapped in my house waiting. Cool. It s too bad because the technician was helpful, knowledgeable, and thorough. Do yourself a favor and look at other reviews on this company (outside of Home Advisor). Wish i had. Their rating is terrible - mostly because of their customer service reps. One suggestion: acknowledge when you re wrong and try to make it right instead of escalating a situation.

They have not yet installed the parts ordered. I can not really answer the questions you asked since they are not finished yet.

We love using Home Advisors to find good, qualified and FAST contractors. We called 3 others, with no or delayed response before we contacted Home Advisors and received a call back immediately with a technician scheduled to come out that afternoon.

This company is a total scam and I full-heartedly agree with a separate reviewer that all the positive reviews are fake. This company is not approved by the Better Business Bureau so please do not hire them! This is my experience: I hired them for a leaking washing machine and the repair man diagnosed the problem as a leaking door that needed to be replaced for $450! I initially agreed because I had to get it repaired ASAP and it was a Friday night and I was told they could do it first thing on Monday. After thinking it through over the weekend, however, I decided to cancel and get a few other quotes. They would not let me out of the project and were going to charge a 25% cancellation fee (which I was never told about verbally, but was on the form that I signed on the repair man's phone). So I felt obligated to keep the appointment for later that day. A few hours later, they called saying they actually did not have the part in like they thought and they'd call me when it came in. Again, I asked about cancelling, since they didn't even have the part and they said it was not possible. They finally called me the following Friday saying they could do the project the following Monday (a full week from when they told me they could originally do it). I told them I had hired them because they were able to do the project quickly and now, since it would have been over a week since the washing machine broke, wasn't there something they could offer to me as a discount given the inconvenience? Again, they said no and the woman I talked to repeatedly was the rudest woman I have every spoken to. Finally, I ended up cancelling and paying both the diagnostic fee and the 25% cancellation. Ultimately I had a friend look at it, and he fixed it very simply and quickly. It was most certainly not the door that was the problem and they were going to charge me over $450! This was a complete and total scam.

Our tech was great. Friendly and professional. At the end of the day, the only problem was a heating element that ended up costing $300. I thought that was pricey, but I assume that's what happens when you have to call someone out to fix anything in your home.

This company's pricing appears a bit on the pricey side, but I guess you get what you pay for. I really needed my oven for holiday baking and this company was the most readily available. The quality of their work is excellent.

Josh, the technician was prompt, knowledgeable,followed through with what he said he would do. Told me exactly what the problem was and offered suggestions for prevention in the future.

On time, well explained,reasonable cost

This company is understaffed. They did not show for the first 3 appointments that they scheduled. They finally showed up the fourth time they scheduled. All in all, we waisted several hours waiting for them and it took over 2 weeks from the initial visit until the repair was completed. I also question their honesty.

After selecting the 3 service options for quotes, Action Appliance contacted me within seconds and I had an appointment time scheduled quickly. The repair tech contacted me within the time window given and arrived in the estimated time. TJ and I talked about the issue and he assessed the situation, then let us know what repair would be required and the cost. We agreed to move forward and he gave us a rough estimate of how long it would take and he completed the repairs in that time. I was very impressed with his work and the dryer has been working great. I was not expecting to have this issue taken care of in a single day. Will definitely consider Action for further appliance repair needs.

Same day service. Telephone people were extremely professional and friendly. Service tech did a good job and explained the problem and resolution.
