They were very easy to work with. Reasonably priced. Very punctual. Very understanding of what we would need and be able to give us options and alternative ideas to work with what we wanted to do. Very easy to get accomplished the goal we wanted to do. They actually came up with a better idea on how to get the cushions to work well, with the existing bench. It was nice that they had an alternative to what we wanted done. They will do variations of that and walk with you with each step of the process and show you to see if you like it.
