Art was awesome. He was respectful, along with great communication skills. He showed up on time everyday, and finished the job on time as well. He has a lot of experience. I highly recommend him to those who need the A/C installed and/or replaced. Very reasonable rate.

Velocity Air has high ratings for a reason. Art confirmed my emergency appointment after 5pm the night before and then showed up 10 min EARLY the next morning! The estimate was free and he was able to zero in on the issue immediately. He quoted me on the spot with no pressure and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary repairs or talk me into a whole new system. Art didn’t know that a neighbor had helped me diagnose what was wrong with my system the night before but came up with the same diagnosis within a few minutes. Velocity Air definitely passed the honesty test! He had the repair part on his truck and had the air back on quickly. I recommend Art for your repair and installation needs: fast, reasonably priced, professional, and honest.

Top notch service, put in a request for a technician and within 2 minutes Alex called me. We had tried 4 other companies and were told they weren’t available until September. Erick showed up an hour early and diagnosed the problem with our AC quickly. My AC is back on line and running great, I can’t say enough good things about Velocity Air, great service, fair pricing and professional staff! Eric the technician showed up early and did an excellent job for our A/C problem. He is patient to answer questions and very well-mannered.

Make sure to text the tech with the confirmation of the time for the appointment for record. Tech advised on time but was a mix up with the appointment due to lack of email or text for reference.

Very knowledgeable, customer friendly, cost efficient repairs.
