Warning- this plumber will make a lot of mistakes. Jeremy and his team seem nice enough, however, a remodel job that should?ve taken a couple months has stretched for nearly 5 and resulted in many mistakes (most of which I caught prior to walls closed up) including needing to tear open a wall to repipe incorrectly piped diverter, sewage flooding in the basement as he failed to install temp drain caps, forgetting to install a drain vent, and installing toilets to the wrong depth. Everyone makes mistakes sometimes but this guy has taken very little responsibility along the way and been hardly apologetic, in most cases not apologetic at all. He was provided with a spec binder from the beginning of the job with all details and installation documents, so there is truly no excuse and the lack of detail.
