Overland was great to work with, they were extremely professional - from the office to the technicians that did the work. They were efficient, thorough and cleaned up everything when the job was complete. They also saved us quite a bit of money by explaining all of our options.

My hot water heater was replaced by very professional installers, and they did excellent work. After installation, care was also taken to check all faucets and other water sources to assure that no sediment had made its way through the pipes to cause problems. When sediment was found, they took the time to clean it out and to make sure the water began flowing freely again.

We hired the company to clear the drain clog for $79.00 and ended up paying $225.00 for a half an hour job. We paid with a credit card subject to getting a bill on e-mail which took over a week to receive it after repeated telephone calls. They are totally unprofessional. I would not hire them again.

I had a leaking shower valve. The initial price quote was a little over the top. But we did come to agreeable terms. Service and response time was very good.
