We called and Pedro came the same day and earlier then our time slot for the appointment. We didn't have any water in the kitchen so I'm glad he came earlier. He was very polite and knew right what to do. He diagnosed the problem, went out to his truck and replaced the hose that was the problem. It works better then ever now.

It was an emergency as everything was backed up. They responded right away which was great. Mike was our tech. and he made sure that every drain was cleared before he left and called a couple of days later to make sure that everything was still ok. They were polite, and very professional in the work.

No Problems. On time, got right to work and knowledgeable.

The two man crew was excellent. Very courteous and knowledgeable.

Fred Morrow plumbing did a great job for us. Other plumbers quoted $5000 and $8000 to do a repiping job which Fred found out through his much better experience and knowledge was actually not necessary to do leaving us with a much smaller and much less expensive job. The work was done to a high standard. Highly recommend

Very well. It took one day longer than expected because excavation was more difficult due to hard soil. One of the two excavations was under the driveway but they made provisions so that we could get of cars in and out each day and didn't have to leave them on the street at night

Pedro arrived promptly with an electric snake and cleared the clog, He told me how to keep the drain from clogging again.

They made it out in an hour and did the job in 15 minutes to be thorough. The plumber was nice and professional.

Made appointment by phone and they sent someone out right away. Mike was prompt and professional. He quickly removed about a roll's worth of toilet paper (courtesy of our six year-old). Will definitely use them again.

He was prompt and very reasonable rates. I also appreciate he was very honest about pipes and repair.

I expected someone to show up, give me an estimate and make an appointment. Instead I got a friendly, competent and experienced plumber who quickly diagnosed the problem correctly and fixed it right away in a reasonable amount of time for a reasonable price. He fixed a mal-functioning part of the hot water outlet of the tank, replaced a leaky drain spout on the tank, adjusted the kitchen faucet so spray mode would improve and replaced a failing faucet in the backyard. We now have great hot water flow to the whole house.

They sent two sets of plumbers out who snaked the lines at two different places and charges each time, a total of $700+. Then told us we would have to have someone come out because roots were in the line between the house and the street. So problem not solved.

I called first thing in the morning. Sherry called me back within 1/2 hour. I explained what was wrong. She said she would call me right back to let me know when they could be at the house. She promptly called back and said the plumber could be here within the hour. Tony showed up 1/2 hour later. He cleared the stoppage and explained what caused the problem (old build up and stringy food). He was prompt and courteous. The charge was exactly as Sherry had quoted. I would recommend Fred Morrow Plumbing.

We had forgotten how excellent Fred Morrow was, and erroneously called a 'large plumbing company'. they came out and quoted us in excess of $3000, we said no!! called Fred Morrow, got the job done for less than $200! we will never use anyone else again.. not only are they prompt, and polite, but the work is excellent.

Had a bad water back up, phoned Fred Morrow Plumbing @ approximately 3:15 afternoon; spoke to Dassa, who check out in the field to check who is available since it was near end of the business day, Mike fortunately was in the area & was able to delay going home to make a service call to my house, Mike was able to clear the drain explained what the problem was also checked other component of the main drain and explained the issue to us, and Mike was most helpful.

He also does a lot of plumbing work for the condo. I am familiar with his work because I was on the board of directors for the condo. They are not low priced. They do good work. You will pay a reasonable price. The price is not out of line. You can find cheaper plumbers, but not the quality. Their responsiveness has been extremely good. There are times when you would give them a call, and they have always responded in an emergency. Plumbers sometimes can just fill a need, which is understandable.

Both times they came they were punctual and professional. When the plumber replaced the pipe on the first visit he also fixed a pressure problem we were having in that bathroom. A simple fix, replacing the aerator, but it really made the water flow much better. The second time they came and fixed the problem less than two hours after we called them.

They are my go to. They are trustworthy, not cheap but within the norm. High quality work 100% of the time. No problems, come in take care of it and do good job.

I spoke with Fred on 4/26 to tell him about the problem. They sent Jose out to diagnose the problem. We scheduled another appointment for 2 days later. They arrived promptly. Jose and a specialist did the leak detection. They figured out there was 2 leaks in the main line. Jose opened up the concrete. He appropriately fixed the pipe that was damaged, and cleaned everything up. They recommended a concrete company to me. They did a good job, and they were a pleasure to work with (As they were in the past).
