We needed to update two of our bathrooms to prepare for the sale of our home next year. The rest of the house had been remodeled over the last 3 years by several other contractors. Our project manager, Jonathan, was amazing. He was professional, prompt and very knowledgeable. He worked with us to make the changes we wanted while staying within our overall budget, and they were able to start almost immediately after we signed the contract. Our work crew, Fabian and Oliver, were there everyday on time and worked tirelessly to complete our project in only two weeks. The results were fantastic, far exceeding our expectations. In retrospect, I wish we had used Done Right Home Remodeling for some previous work we had completed on our house.

Done Right Home Remodeling is now my â go toâ home remolding company in San Jose. They recently created a fabulous room addition for my family. I can't say enough about the professionalism and quality of work from Done Right Home Remodleing . Our new shower is AMAZING! Gadi helped with our design and the process worked great. Going into the project we didn't now exactly what we wanted, but he helped with some great design ideas. We now have a huge shower with no door, no tile, and a great Moen shower system. We had our 1958 bathroom remodeled by Done Right Home Remodleing and did they did an absolutely fantastic job! Everything came out just as we wanted and we love the walk in shower! Michelle did a great job helping up pick the shower and vanity and we really love the vinyl breadboard. It looks so good and we're so happy with the results. I would recommend Done Right Home Remodleing hands down!

Done Right was excellent. Kitchen remodel was much easier than I thought it’d be. They created a design and helped me choose the components, the counters, cabinets, lighting, everything. The work crew was excellent and everything was completed in five weeks. Work was expert and finished with care.

Done Right Home Remodeling helped us complete a major overhaul on our 1955 home, including moving the kitchen, adding kid space and a pool. We have been so happy with the results and the process! We had a truly positive 8 month experience and were pleasantly surprised after all the horror stories usually associated with remodeling. They didn't wait for us to notice any problems, but had work re-done or solutions worked out before we even noticed an issue. I looked forward to our on site weekly meetings to see the progress being made and find solutions to anything that came up. These guys are really committed to quality and have a system to keep the project moving as smoothly as possible. Al, Gadi, and Yoni are all exceptional. We love love love our new old house and I would never use anyone else.

After pondering it for a while I realized that my house looked dingy. It was time to paint the outside. I got a phone call from Done Right Home Remodeling asking if i had any projects so i gave them this one. As it was my first experience with this company i figured it was a good starting point to see how they run their business. The guys did not disappoint. Alan handled the project magnificently from specification through completion for the things I wanted done. He completely spelled out exactly what tasks would be done and did it at a fair price; not the highest and not the lowest which is exactly the kind of company i wanted. No surprises. His team got going on it immediately that week. For me though, some flexibility on the part of the contractor is required as the job progresses simply because of discovery. When you live in a house as long as I have been here, you tend to get used to, and often overlook, blemishes and imperfections and you don't really realize how crappy it looks. Inevitably there were a few things that i did not think about when we started and very clearly the overall job would do a lot better if we added some items to the contract. No problem for Alan! He got it done with a fair price again. And even a second time his guys found something that would look a whole lot better if we did that too, and I totally agreed. Why didn't I see that? They were taking care of me to make sure the job was "done right"... Haha okay the phrase works..I can't help its their name too. In the end, the house was painted exactly in the style and colors I wanted and it pops! I could not be happier with the final results and the company that did the work. It seriously came out even better than I thought it would. No joke. So i want to commend Alan for a great job managing this crazy thing and making sure i am totally satisfied. His team, most notably Raul's guys Freddy and Douglas, really hustled to get the project done as quickly as possible with great quality and least hassle for me. Oh heck.. after all that i did miss one tiny item... my fault, but I think I can handle that one myself haha. I'll definitely come back to Done Right for more projects down the road. 5 stars guys!
