everything went smoothly except the worker was unable to charge my credit card and unable to give a reciept for cash or check due to lack of any form. He went away un paid and said his boss would call for my credit csrd info. I had asked ahead of time about charging on my card and was told it was no problem, am still waiting for call from boss in order to play. The service was great and the tech very nice. I would use them again but $125.00 to replace 1 broken draw string on 1 window seems a little pricy./

Fantastic experience! Quick to schedule, vendor was on time exactly, prices cannot be beat! Not only did he repair my broken shutters, but checked all the shutters in my home to make sure they were working properly. They will definitely be my vendor of choice for my window coverings going forward!

Very prompt reply to my request. I was given a reasonable quote with options for reduced fee (at my request) if I had additional blinds reworked. Very fair price. Arrived on time for the work, got all 6 blinds done. It saved me so much money not having to replace them. We are happy campers.
