Oh my goodness. I've never been so impressed by a service provider as I was by John Ellero with Stairlifts Made Simple. Starting with my initial request for service on my motorized wheelchair (couldn't figure out how to get it closed). I sent the request out on Tuesday night at 11:17. Before 11:18 pm, literally he responded. I'm going to post it in its entirety- that's how impressive it was: "We do not sell these chairs and therefore do not have any real experience with them. If you absolutely need someone to make a home visit, we can do so for a fee based on our service call mileage tiers. Being honest about a lack of experience with this particular product, I can not guarantee we can solve your problem. Before you pay someone to come out, check out this video I found online. Hopefully this is all the information you need. Again we can still come out but I'd like to help guide you for free with some information prior to having to charge for a home visit. Hope this helps. " So needless to say, I had him come out the next day (Wednesday) to fix it. He was pretty swamped and wouldn't be able to make it till around 6 pm. (Fyi he kept checking in with me about his schedule throughout the day. :) Even though he admitted (above) that he had no experience with this model or even this manufacturer; after spending about 15 minutes with the motorized wheelchair, he figured out the problem and got it back in service!

I contacted him and he was very helpful and made sure we had all the info we needed to feel comfortable getting her lift.. the unit was installed within 2 days.. she is very happy with the sevice she received and with the lift. The chair is very easy for her to use and really didn’t take any time to get used to.. his work was very professional and clean.. we highly recommend his company!

John is the consumate definition of a qualified and profession technitian. He performed the services required and did not charge me for 3 hours + that he was here. If you need his expertise do not hesitate to call Stairlifts Made Simple for mobility needs. He took the hitch receiver (which had failed) and replaced it- making it safe and sound.

Believe the great reviews, this has been the best purchase I ever made. We obtained a stairlift for my wife's mother from John Ellero at Stairlifts Made Simple. The stairlift installed is a high quality unit from a top respected brand. John sells the best products. The price paid was fair. The installation process was smooth, and it was obvious that John is an expert in stairlift installation. My mother in law has been thrilled with her stairlift, and it has markedly increased her mobility in her home. The best thing about purchasing a unit from Stairlifts Made Simple is the ability to contact John for any service or maintenance issues. A stairlift is a complicated piece of machinery. It is nice to have someone "on call" that can be contacted for any problems. John has the ability to troubleshoot and fix stairlifts. John always responds promptly when called. He has a heart for the elderly and disabled. He has been to my mother in law's home on several occasions for followup. She looks forward to seeing him, and he always takes time from his busy day to "visit" with her. Highly recommended, look no further if you are contemplating purchasing a stairlift.

John had U-Haul install the hitch and then John came to my house to install the hitch. The wiring that U-Haul installed was not done correctly so John spent extra time correcting their work and then he installed the lift. He was very professional and made sure Everything was done to my satisfaction. I could not be happier and would recommend John from Stairlifts made simple to anyone.

I heard a noise in my stairlift, called John Allero on June 20, he made an appointment and came out on June 21, determined that the unit needed a part that would take a week to arrive from manufacturer. I had a planned vacation trip and would not return until July 6. On July 7, he came promptly and repaired the unit in less than 2 hours. Over the years that I've had to deal with John he's is so personable, honest and dependable. Without hesitation I would recommend him to any and everyone.
