Customer service and amazing work done by the shop. Will go there every time I need work car if possible!

I was very pleased with the staff at Ed Hanson. Rebecca in the front office was remarkable. Ryan made sure everything was to my approval and had patience to explain the process thoroughly. I would recommend this shop.

Ed did a great job and was polite and professional. I will bring my cars back to Ed for all of my muffler needs.

My car was getting progressively louder and I suspected it was an exhaust issue. I had heard great things about Ed Hansen and decided to take my car there. I was very warmly greeted by his wife who asked what the problem was and a few minutes later Ed came over and went out to listen to my car. He said he suspected it was a broken flex pipe but that he would have to take a look on the underside to confirm. About 15 minutes later (they were very busy), he came in to confirm that it was the flex pipe. He quoted me a price and told me he would have one of his guys get on it right away. 25 minutes later, they were done and I was out the door. It was a fantastic experience.

They service was outstanding. They diagnosed the problem within 2 minutes, worked up a fair and accurate estimate, I told them to move forward with the repairs. After they got the go ahead, the part was there in the afternoon of the 15th and I dropped my car off on the morning of the 16th. Ed allowed me the use of one of his loaner cars so I could go to work. They finished the work in about 2 hours and I had my car back by noon. The car runs great, quiet, and smooth. They are an outstanding shop, Ed, Barbie and the entire staff did a fantastic job and I appreciate their honesty and integrity.

I had a catalytic converter replaced at la mesa auto care but they did not fix the underlying problem. As a result the catalytic converter failed again and the mechanic refused to honor the warranty. I knew they purchased the muffler from Ed Hansons so I decided to try going to them directly. even though they did not have to honor the warranty because I did not purchase it from them directly they chose to do so hide the fact that they would not be able to get refunded by the manufacturer. I found them to be very honest very courteous and very professional. Basically they are the complete opposite of the mechanic shop that failed to fix the problem with the car causing more problems.

I would recommend this place to anyone. Ed is a nice guy and does good, quick work at a great price.

I WAITED ABOUT 1 1/2 HOURS FOR THEM TO INSTALL A HIGH PERFORMANCE MUFFLER AS WELL AS A NEW AIR FILTER. THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE AND WE HAVE USED THEM FOR ALL OF OUR MUFFLER NEEDS, I RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS, ED IS ALMOST ALWAYS THERE FOR YOU TO TALK WITH AND TO OVERSEE THE PROJECTS, SOMETIMES HE DOES THE WORK HIMSELF.
