Recently I had a very bad problem with my computer. I contacted my regular repairer to learn he had retired but referred me to the person who took over his clients. Well he turned out to be a big mistake. He couldn’t handle the problem. He also fired me as a client after messing up my computer. I tried several computer repairers they all did not know what to do and caused more problems for me. I the spotted Computer Experts Corp. ad. I called and spoke with Mr. Ozzie at CEC. What a change. Yes, he could fix the problem. He then set up an appointment immediately. What a change from the other parties that made me wait days and a week. He explained all he was doing. He fixed it in a short time. He answered my questions, he was courteous, and did an excellent job. I will always go back to him since he really knows what he is doing as the other persons and firms did not. Great service they are the best.

Splendidly. I'm a happy customer not only with Ozzie's visit this most recent time but every visit prior to this one. He is always prompt, courteous, and much more knowledgeable than the average IT person.
Description of Work
I had an aged (~10 yr. old) computer and had to make a decision to either have Ozzie from CEC try to fix it or buy a new one. After explaining the situation to me and allowing me to make up my own mind, the recommendation was to buy a new machine. I've no regrets; it was time and I'm very happy with my new computer and nice 27-inch monitor.

Ozzie come to service my 10 year old computer that had was very slow and would often freeze up. He is very polite and efficient. After checking the problems he informed m of how outdated it was and I chose to replace it with a new one. My husband was recovering from recent surgery so rather than doing the installation, etc. at our home we asked if he could take the old computer to his office to transfer the data and brought the new one the next day. He set it up in about 20 minutes with a new Monitor, keyboard and mouse. My husband and I were very pleased with his service and will definitely call him again if we need help.

Number one, arrived on time. Was dressed as any "good" business man would dress. No flip-flops, or hat covering bad hair. Shook my hand, handed me his card and sat down to work. Excellent! He was easy to get a hold and was at my home within an hour of calling, even though it was a Sunday. He came in, started setting up my new system and didn't stop till everything was up and running to perfection. He took the old hard drive home, worked thru the evening, getting it unlocked, so I could retrieve my documents. He was back at my place the following morning, transferred my info and fine tuned my new system. All I can say, is that I was more than impressed by his skills and perfection and will be calling him anytime I'm in need of a reliable computer professional! I am referring him to all that might be in need of truly excellent service!

Ozzi came to my home and completely setup my new computer and copy/fax machine, which I purchased from him.He installed a firewall box and speakers, that I also purchased from him. He installed an anti-virus on my machine. He took the hard drive out of my old machine, which was corrupted, took it with him and was able to unlock the info that was on the corrupted hard drive. He returned the next morning and was able to transfer all my info onto my new computer.

Fabulous! I called on Tuesday at 9:30 pm, Ozzie was at my home on Wednesday at 9:30 am. He was professional, polite, and knowledgeable. My computer is working great. I only graded "B" on price because I am from the east coast and I am not used to the higher prices here on the west coast. I will definitely use CEC again and highly recommend them.

HE WAS IMMEDIATELY RESPONSIVE FROM START TO FINISH OVER A 2 MONTH PERIOD WITH VARIOUS ISSUES REGARDING THE NEW DEVICES AND SOFTWARE CHANGES FROM SOME 6 YEAR OLD EQUIPMENT. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM TO OTHERS.
