It was 2020 and what else was there to do other than renovate the house? So we did. After working with a sub par contractor on our remodel I was at my limit and couldn't quite fathom moving all of our belongings out of the house to redo our 70 year old hardwood floors--not to mention I was 8 months pregnant. But from the moment Mitch and I spoke about the project, he was responsive, followed through, and gave me a sense of trust that encouraged me to green light the project. He's a one man show which I so appreciate. He works hard and gets the job done. Out of all the projects we did on the house, the floors by far had the most impact on the house. Well worth the inconvenience of hauling everything out and going away for a week. Mitch is a seasoned pro and a master at his craft.

Mitch was amazing. Not only was he the first to respond of all the contractors we reached out to. He was conscientious, clean, on-time, and on budget. He was very knowledgeable, and at no time did he try to pressure us to do more than what we needed. I found him to be very honest. He was respectful of us, our house, and took pride in his work. "Michaela, I do take pictures of furniture arrangement [including yours]. I've sent those pictures to your email. A preventative measure I take on all jobs, if the customer is [not there] during furniture replacement as in this case. Not understanding the issue, all [4] pieces of furniture was placed perfectly, back, to its original location. I took measurements, noted them and blue taped the walls for furniture location.
