So this is my experience working with Gilad on the project for my Grandma's garage conversion project. I knew how important it was to make the space wheelchair accessible for my grandmother, but I was worried about staying within our budget. From our first conversation, the TRIOND team understood what we needed. We went through several floor plans together until we found one that worked perfectly. They installed new electrical throughout, added windows, added, bathroom, three bedrooms, and 2 bathroom and the wheelchair-accessible shower my Grandma needed. Triond remodeled our kitchen, and we're very pleased with the process and the results. Our job was fairly simple, a "like for like" replacement of floor, counters, cabinets, appliances, and an upgrade-to-code of electrical outlets; so we chose not to use a designer. Gilad gave us some very helpful coaching and some great resources as we prepared for the work; then he strongly advised that we move out while the work was happening. So, that we did. His crew was completely capable and trustworthy, and they sent us updates every couple of days as well as occasional questions when necessary. Their work passed the City's inspections with no issues. We would use them again without hesitation. Here's a photo of the finished product after we returned and moved back in.

Totally positive experience with Triond's team member PJ, who thoroughly and thoughtfully analyzed all components of my garage door's issues, made appropriate recommendations for a new operator and did an excellent job installing and calibrating it.
